FAMILY IS IMPORTANT...

Jim has had first hand knowledge of the South Orange County Community, having lived in Laguna Hills for more than 30 years!, Jim and his wife have been married for over 35 years and have two children.  Kathy is a teacher for the Irvine Unified School District and is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton and has her Master's Degree in Education.  Jim was fortunate enough to help her through the purchase of her first home in Aliso Viejo 5 years ago. 

Brian is a recent graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Psychology.  He loves basketball and was on the first ever State Championship Basketball Team for Saddleback College!  Brian currently works in the insurance industry.

Jim's wife, Karen,  has been involved in PTSA, Laguna Hills High School Grad Nite, Hawk Pride Awards at Laguna Hills High School and the "I Can Make a Difference" conference.  She has been on the Laguna Hills Little League Board as a volunteer co-ordinator and has   worked on the Community Services Branch of the YMCA's annual fundraising dinner, the "Reach Out Awards".  Karen loves to spend her time gardening, traveling, reading and with family and friends.

Jim loves all sports; watching and participating.  He has coached AYSO, Little League and NJB. He has served on the boards for Laguna Hills Little League and NJB. He has a strong sense of family values and loves traveling, animals and spending time with family and friends.

Jim has a strong Sales and Marketing background.  He was with Coca Cola Los Angeles for more than seven years and was voted their most pretigious award of "Salesman of the Year".  He has also won many "Top Selling Agent" awards (including the top 3% nationwide) within the Real Estate field.
